She sits on IMAQ\u2019s healthcare mediation integration committee and participates in the <strong>Harassment Investigators Working Group<\/strong> chaired by IMAQ.<\/p>\n<p>Sophie holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration and a master\u2019s degree in Law (LL.M) with a specialization in <strong>Dispute Prevention and Resolution<\/strong> from the University of Sherbrooke. She received the Fond Ch\u00e9nier-Picard Award for the best essay in the Faculty of Law of the University of Sherbrooke in 2012. She worked in management roles in the banking industry and as a Commissioner for Complaints and Quality of Services (ombusdman) for retirement homes and the Health and Social Services Network.<\/p>\n<p>She uses her extensive knowledge of the <strong>psychological harassment and conflict management<\/strong> fields to assist public and private organizations, mainly through mediation, administrative investigations and psychological harassment investigations. She contributes to organizational diagnostic and work environment studies and implements harassment prevention and resolution procedures in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Her professional approach, openness, communication skills, and experience allow her to quickly establish a trusting environment that encourages open dialogue.
