He also worked as a mediator, coach and HR management consultant. His main field of expertise is management coaching. In this regard, he helps managers to develop their skills, improve their workplace performance, <strong>resolve conflicts<\/strong> and make effective decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Serving as an ambassador for workplace well-being and the benefits it brings to employees and organizations, Normand also provides clients with assistance aimed at bringing individuals with disabilities back into the workplace.
