Normand Leduc CHRP, Accredited Mediator
Normand Leduc has over 25 years of HR and operations management experience with companies of all sizes. He has extensive and varied experience in multiple sectors. He holds degrees in business administration and dispute prevention and resolution from the University of Sherbrooke. In addition to being a member of Quebec’s Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (Chartered Human Resources Professionals), he is a mediator accredited by the Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec, a member of the ADR Institute of Canada and a trainer certified by Emploi Québec and the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail.
For several years, Normand taught a course on group training, management and facilitation at the École de technologie supérieure. He also worked as a mediator, coach and HR management consultant. His main field of expertise is management coaching. In this regard, he helps managers to develop their skills, improve their workplace performance, resolve conflicts and make effective decisions.
Serving as an ambassador for workplace well-being and the benefits it brings to employees and organizations, Normand also provides clients with assistance aimed at bringing individuals with disabilities back into the workplace.
