Serge Archambault
Serge Archambault has extensive experience in the field of workplace harassment investigations. In addition to managing the firm’s investigations standards and compliance files, he is a conflict management trainer and coach.
Serge’s academic background is in the humanities and business administration. He is a qualified harassment investigator and public-sector mediator and has contributed to the development of a training program for public-sector harassment investigators. A seasoned and experienced investigator, he has chaired several commissions of inquiry and monitored investigations for various federal departments and agencies. He was also involved in several psychological harassment cases under Quebec’s Act Respecting Labour Standards.
Serge served as head of department and head of quality control for the federal government’s Harassment Investigation Office in the province of Quebec, as well as a special investigator and advisor to senior management. He was also involved in drafting government policies and guidelines pertaining to a conflict resolution program based on alternative dispute resolution (ADR), as well as harassment and administrative investigations.
Within the firm, Serge is involved in projects relating to harassment investigations and has run training sessions focusing on workplace conflicts for private and public-sector organizations. He also coaches senior staff on specific conflict-related issues and specializes in drafting and integrating organizational conflict management policies.
